Lauren brings over 15 years of experience in the mortgage industry, with deep expertise across the entire lender application journey.

 

She began her career in a small brokerage, where she built a strong foundation in customer service and lending practices. Lauren was then one of the founding members of iSelect’s Home Loan team, where  she played a key leadership role over an eight year period managing a team of 30 brokers across both sales and settlement functions.

 

Her hands-on experience as once also broker, combined with her strategic oversight of end-to-end lending processes, gives her a unique ability to streamline operations and deliver exceptional client experiences & Lauren’s commitment to excellence was formally recognised in 2023 when she received the AFG Vic/Tas Best Loan Administrator award.
